Note The third, togate, figure might be Valerian II. Compare the earlier coins of Septimius, Caracalla and Geta from Prusa as HYpium, where Septimius and Caracalla are in military dress but Geta is togate (RPC V https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/type/6807).
