Note This is the only coin for the mature Caracalla that does not have the legend ΑΝΤΩΝΙΝΟϹΑΥΓΟΥϹΤΟϹ. This consideration, and its rather rough appearance and poor reverse style, raise questions about its authenticity: perhaps an ancient imitation?
