the cut marks show that the obv and rev. were mixed up in Arslan 20 and A17. They are not visible on Arslan, CGK 131 (which attributes it to Ankara Museum), but it is the same coin as close inspection shows. See also https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coin/349710. It is not clear therefore, which is the Ankara coin and which the Geyikdaǧı coin.
