Note Regarded as the arrival of Sarapis from Sinope by Poole, BMC p. xciv; but see Vogt p. 75. On the similar temple design for this year Tyche has replaced Isis Pharia: on this exchange see Vogt, ad loc. Another specimen kept under year 12 in B (Reichsbank 1953), but year (and obverse bust) illegible; BMC 549 (‘date effaced’) has an illegible date (the design occurs for years 12-15: it is recorded for year 11 by D1036, but this is not certain: see above). The very worn coin illustrated on DS plate 53 (bottom row, last coin) seems to be another specimen (date illegible).
