Note Both D892 and the NY coin are very worn and no trace of a date is visible, although Dattari attributed his coin to year 12. The obverses are also very worn and so no help. The column is presumably a nilometer, and the design refers to a good flooding of the Nile and successful harvest (Vogt, p. 77).
