P 1221 = S 661 with a draped portrait bust and IMP CAES[ ] has a very strange portrait, but the same portrait appears (from the same die) on 9 (which clearly reads IMP CAES NER TRAI- [ ]. S recorded 2 obv. and 3 rev. dies.
