Note 1 and 2 are probably struck with the same obverse die. The full title of Nerva on 1 indicates that the coin was made in AD 97, which means that the date on the reverse must be read as CXLII and not CXLI as stated in Rec. The bottom of a vertical stroke seems to be visible on 1 after CXLI. The Sinope specimen does not help
