Note Coins struck by Laches are known for Cydonia, (a tridrachm = RPC I, 960) and Hierapytna (adrachm = RPC I, 961). This new coin could befrom Hierapytna (ΙΕΡΑΠΥΤΝΙΩΝ), Gortyn(ΓΟΡΤΥΝΙΟΩΝ) Polyrhenium (ΠΟΛΥΡΗΝΙΩΝ).As a tetradrachm from Polyrhenium but signedby Cornelius Lupus (RPC I, 957) has the samereverse and legend, this new tridrachm isassigned tentatively to Polyrhenium.
