The rev. legend can be read as ΙΕΡΟΠΟΛΙΤWΝ [ΤWΝ ΠΡ]ΟϹ ΤW ΣΑΡWΙ. A larger denomination corresponding to 3661. The B should not be taken as part of Nero’s titles. The letter B also appears on the reverse of 3661. Perhaps denoting year 2 (see commentary there).
