Note See J. Clark, 'The renaming of Philadelphia Neocaesarea under the emperor Tiberius', NC 180 (2020), pp. 127-31, for a die study and confirmation of the attribution to Tiberius. The reading is clear on the rare die 21481. The letters are sometimes retrograde or upside down. The reverse inscription ΝΕΟΚΑΙϹΑΡΕΙϹ also occurs.
