Note 12 specimens, 6 obv. dies. This issue was regarded by Rogers, The Copper Coinage of Thessaly, no. 361a, as an issue of the Magnetes (and museum collections sometimes house them there or under Magnesia in Lydia), but some were found at Magnesia in Ionia (2 ex. in B). Countermark: Statue of Artemis (GIC 237: B).
