Note the obverse die is the same (or very similar) to that on https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/type/83837 of Antioch as Maeandrum. The ϹΙƐ to the r. of Zeus' chair might be part of ΑΦΡΟΔƐΙϹΙƐΩΝ, as in Aphrodisias. No similar name is known at either city.
