Note Confirmation required - authenticity uncertain. The form of the legend and the portrait on the obverse look very like the die shared between Acmonea and Cadi (die 20812). Cadi has a similar wreath surrounded by an inscription (https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/type/63179), but enclosing clasped hands. This piece may have been tooled from such a coin.
