Note Five obv. dies. Klose plausibly identifies the stephanephoros as Cosconia Myrton, attested at Smyrna from September AD 83 (p. 64, note 373 and p. 68, note 393); as the proconsul is attested epigraphically at Hierapolis in the years 84/5, 85/6 and 86/7, this issue of coins from Smyrna must date from mid AD 84.
