Note The reading ΔΙΟΣ ΛΙ is clear and its completion seems likely, as an altar with the same inscription is found on coins of Nicaea under Nero (RPC I, 2053, 2055). This, in turn, suggests the attribution to Nicaea for this coin of Domitian; as the portrait style of 709 seems very close to that found on this coin, they should both perhaps beattributed to Nicaea.
