Note The identifications of the figures as Sarapis and a winged Nemesis seem unlikely, since Sarapis is not otherwise attested at Hierapolis, and there is no sign of any wing; the similar type for Philip suggests they are two Tychai (RPC VIII, 1650 = https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/type/88123).
