Note Cascellius is a Roman nomen, and seems the likeliest reading of the name on the coin. The reading ΤΑΜ does not seem very likely. Hammered edge.

It was found in the San Panfilo catacomb in Rome, used as an ornament, fixed in the mortar of a loculus.
