ΕΠΙΜΕΛΗΘΕΝΤΩΝ / ΦΛΑΒΙΩΝ ΦΙΛΑΔΕΛΦΕ[ΩΝ] is found on 14, coins 1-13 have ΕΠΙΜΕΛΗΘ / ΦΛΑΒΙ ΦΙΛΑΔΕ.
