Note I-B, GM p. 108 (632), nο. 246 and Taf. VIII, 13 (rev.) attributed this coin to Elaea because of the name of Demeter and the design. But the coin looks like a Bithynian one and B. Zajac pp. 105-6 suggests Nicomedia as mint.
