the design occurs regularly under Trajan, but only rarely for Hadrian (27 mm., year 10 = https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/type/). One might perhaps see LE in the exergue, but that would be very speculative. Keith Emmett has suggested to us that it might be year 16. Although the portrait does look like Hadrian, the inscription is illegible, and it cannot be completely ruled out that this is in fact a coin of Trajan.
