Note The identity of the deity is not certain. Pudill regards it as Isis with sistrum and sceptre; the NY coin 1944.100.58430 is labelled ‘Demeter', and she does seem to be holding corn ears and a torch or scepte; the placing of DS7656 on his pl. 82 suggests Dattari thought it was Euthenia. On both the Pudill and Staffieri coins the figure is holding corn ears and a torch or sceptre; and she seems to be veiled, so Demeter seems the most likely identification. She seems different from the deity on NY 1944.100.58428 (see 5992 below: Euthenia?)
