the date is not completely clear but it looks like [L] IϚ, and the obv. inscription rules out year 17. It can’t be years 10-13 (long torch), so 14-15 are the only other theoretical possibilities. This is presumably the coin of year 16 cited by H. Thiersch, Pharos. Antike Islam und Occident. Ein Beitrag zur Architekturgeschichte (Leipzig and Berlin, 1909), p. 6 n. 29 as ‘Paris 1718’, but P FG 1718 is of year 19
