Note BMC 616 is a coin with this type and obv. legend, but the date seems to read LIB (so BMC). The coin seems genuine, but LIB is presumably actually LIH (the last numeral is off flan), in view of the obv. legend, i.e. it is a coin like BMC 620ff = 5871.
