Note A modern forgery. The coin has the wrong obv. bust and inscription for year 5. It also has the same rev. die with a coin of Marcus Aurelius (D2046AA/1896/7, IA 452/816), a coin itself which seems a bit suspicious (info from C. Howgego). The fabric of the Hadrian coin looks (to judge from a photo) unconvincing. Both coins are probably modern forgeries.
