Note The figure seems to be the Emperor with sceptre and branch, rather than the figure of Helios with whip that was found on the galloping quadriga coins of year 17. Cf. Münzhandlung Basel 6 (1936) lot 308 (unillustrated) = Emmett 509, which has Helios (Sarapis) in quadriga.
