If the figure on the right is correctly identified as Hermanubis then he seems to be holding a short palm-branch and a sceptre: D1035 (‘palm-branch and caduceus’), K562 (‘palm-branch and aphlaston’). K562 is clearer. It looks quite like a sceptre to us.
