Note It could be corn ears in her right hand, but the coin is damaged. The object to the left does have something coming out of it like flames (but it looks more like a coiled snake with some corn ears ?), and she has got something on her head which is a bit hard to identify but looks more like a polos than, say an Isis crown (but it is rather lop-sided). So Demeter seems most likely, but not definite.
