Note This obv. legend was read as ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙCΑΡ (?) ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟC CΕΒΑCΤΟ by Syd. 265a but is not illustrated in the Hess catalogue. But, as early as 1908, a similar coin was published by B. M. Yakountchikoff, ‘Rare and unpublished Greek coins’, St Petersburg, p. 36 and Pl. VII, 89, who gave the correct reading of the obverse legend. This reading is also provided by RPC III, 3114 (see below).
