this coin certainly belongs to Sebastopolis, Pontus. There seems space for 2 letters between ƐΤΟΥϹ [ ] and ϹƐΒΑ[ ]. The only possible dates are ΛΡ (130 = AD 127/8) or MP (140 = AD 137/8). Thanks to R. Pudill for sharing his thoughts on the mint.
