Note 2488 is the other of the rare coins for Domitian with the title germ in year 2. It is cited from two specimens. One of these, in New York, is illustrated in RPC II, and seems clear. The second was D618, but DS 618 and the Naville sale photo show that the obv. reading is not clear.
