Note Oxford Milne 420=387a, a coin with obv. legend ΑΥΤΟΚ ΚΑΙΣ ΣΕΒΑ ΟΥΕΣΠΑΣΙΑΝΟΣ, was originally thought to be a coin of year 4, but reclassified in the second edition of Milne as year 1, thus providing evidence that Vespasian used the title sebastos in the year 1. This was accepted by Buttery, Chronology, pp. 10-11, but not here: see introduction p. 322. BMC seems large and heavy - perhaps a hemidrachm? See also year 2, RPC 2420.
