Note | This unique as was published for the first time by Mowat, RN 1911, pp. 429-30, no. 18, pl. VIII,15. He proposed to attribute it to a provincial mint in Cappadocia or Cilicia. Grant, RAI, p. 42, links it to 5441, on stylistic grounds, and attributed it to a Balkan mint, supposing that it was struck for the decennium of Tiberius. Its authenticity is not certain. |
