Note Athena Associates sale lot 138A (information from Keith Emmett, who personally examined the coin; although the date is not visible on the photo, he thought the year could be read as L IH). The rev. die is similar to NY 1944.100.58423, whose date is not certain, but is tentatively attributed here to year 19: see 5991. Another coin (NY 1944.100.58422: see 5991) is definitely of year 19; the design also occurs in year 9
