KY = Cyme, which uses Ephesian Artemis as a type. MY = Myrina, which is the mostl  ikely as it is so close, and there are several Kyme-Myrina 'alliance ' coins for Nerva etc. RPC 1929, formerly of Cyme and now reattributed to Myrina, has asimilar figure on the left, i.e. Myrina, side (whoever it is). As Cyme is on the left on this coin, it should be an issue of Cyme. ΕΠΙ ΣΤΡΑ ΠΑΠΙΟΥ is clear, as is the following ΚΟΙΝ[ ], which is presumably another name, but its ending is unclear. The next letter may perhaps be a Ε. LGPN for koin*: http://clas-lgpn5.classics.ox.ac.uk:8080/exist/apps/lgpn1-search/index.html?name=koin* has various possibilities, of which only KOINEYC (genitive KOINEOY) would fit, but it seems astrange name and is known only from Athens in the C4/C3 BC.
