The obverse inscription facing outwards is a feature of the first and early second centuries (in RPC I-III). The 'portrait' of Dionysus looks quite like 1304, and lunate letters also occur in the Flavian period. If correctly dated, this type anticipates that used in the middle of the second century - see RPC IV. Confirmation required.
