Note Obv. legend reads ΓΟΡΔΙΑΝΟϹ (Ganschow 899a, Bland 101 corr.) or ΓΟΡΔΙΑΝΟϹ Ϲ (Ganschow 899b, Bland 170). Bland (101) attributed the New York coin to year 3 (Γ); we follow Ganschow, who attributes it to year 6 (Ϛ). Marthaler (p. 100) and Malloy (S, p. 161) believed that the date, Γ, has been recut from a Α, i.e., Year 1.
