Note Although unique (Christiansen, RCA p. 134: ‘I have found no parallel to this coin.’), the reading is clear on the rubbing in DS. In year 1 (if the coins are correctly attributed to that year), one can see lotus flowers in the exergue, but nothing is obvious on the rubbing for D985, and D states ‘senza piante’ for 985.
