traces of a beard on the obv. and ΗΛƐΙ/ⲰΝ on the reverse: the coin seems overstruck on a coin of Elis of Septimius Severus: compare with CNG EA 221, 28 Oct. 2009, 27 mm, 9.06 g, ex BCD collection, and apparently from the same pair of dies
