Note The ticket (and SM 560b) attributes the coin to Alexander, who has the same obv. bust in his year 1 (https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/type/50005), but the reverse is characteristic of Elagabalus' year 5, and the letter after the Α at 1 o'clock on the obverse looks more like a Ν than a Λ. The rev. die link confirms the attribution.
