Note Probably year 5. This is the only year in the Antonine period with a parallel for a temple with two papyriform columns and rounded pediment other than for Isis with the infant Harpocrates: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/type/22865 (adult Harpocrates alone). The year also has other types with a temple of Hermanubis. The style of the obverse suits year 5 well, although the degree of wear makes it hard to identify a die-lnk with any certainty. Hermanubis appears in a temple with a rounded pediment but with classical columns in year 7: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/type/69150; an attribution to that year is less likely on the basis of the style of the obverse.
